Delete your Dtour account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Dtour and go to Me.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address, password and Google/Apple sign-in, so nobody can sign in to the account again.
• Your name, username, photo, bio, home city, interests, saved places, follows, blocks, notifications, push tokens and activity history.

What stays

• Recommendations and notes you published stay visible as "Former local", with no name, username or photo, because other people's upvotes, comments and the places depend on them. To remove them too, delete them in the app before deleting your account, or ask us by email.
• Database backups are overwritten within 14 days and logs within 30 days.
